Pamela Madray Wins 2024 Supernova Award

The Supernova Award represents our company’s pinnacle in individual achievement. The award, chosen through anonymous voting of their peers, is presented to the standout team member of the year by our Executive Team during the Senior Living Communities Annual Meeting Memory Gala, a night dedicated to celebrating those who excel in their profession, foster a culture of compassionate professionalism and positive leadership, and put people first, always.

This year, we are proud to congratulate our Director of Nursing, Pamela Madray, as the recipient of the 2024 Marsh’s Edge Supernova Award. She establishes and implements Member care standards throughout care services on a 24-hour basis. Pamela oversees the documentation for members, assigns them to nursing assistants as needed, and assists with the overall healthcare programs for the Members in each area of Marsh’s Edge.

Pam has been the Director of Nursing at Marsh’s Edge for seven years. She, along with her dedicated team, has continued to ensure that Marsh’s Edge remains a 5-star community. Each day, she is inspired by our Members and her team to become the best leader she can be.
