Each year, one leadership team member in each discipline is selected to receive this honor—our organization’s highest individual award. Presented by our Executive Team during the Senior Living Communities Annual Meeting Memory Gala, this special evening celebrates leaders who excel in their profession while fostering a culture of compassionate professionalism, positive leadership, and putting People First, Always.

Serving as the Heartbeat of Care at Marsh’s Edge
As Resident Care Director, Whitney serves as the heartbeat of her community. She establishes and upholds Member care standards across care services on a 24-hour basis, managing Member documentation, coordinating nursing assistant assignments, and overseeing medication management and healthcare programs that support holistic well-being.
Through her steadfast leadership and clinical oversight, Whitney ensures Assisted Living and Memory Care Members receive exceptional care in an environment where they feel safe, valued, and respected.
