As Transition Specialist at Marsh’s Edge, Dana guides prospective and new Members as they navigate one of life’s most important milestones. Working closely across departments, she serves as a trusted liaison ensuring incoming Members and their families feel informed, supported, and warmly welcomed from day one.
Through her detailed coordination, guidance, and compassionate approach, Dana turns move-in day into a seamless, joyful transition into community life.
