Chefs Table

On Friday our Members enjoyed a special ‘Chefs Table’ lunch with Chef Jayson! He cooked up homemade pappardelle pasta with Sapelo Island clams and wild Georgia shrimp with sautéed spinach and roasted tomatoes in a white wine butter garlic reduction sauce! Attendees also got to enjoy the ins-and-outs of pasta making during a special tutorial!

Drum Fitness

Drum Fitness at Marsh’s Edge has proven to be quite a popular class. Zohra, our Wellness Associate, takes this class to the limit here with some great ROCK!! This is a great class for hand-eye coordination, strength for the forearms, gripping technique and it also relieves stress!

St. Patrick’s Day

Our “Leprechauns” are in motion today at Marsh’s Edge! Our Wellness team is making sure we work for the pot of gold today! This morning we’re “walking” for balance and “drumming” for fun!! Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

To continue our St. Patrick’s Day celebration, our Members enjoyed a green-themed happy hour! So many delicious appetizers and drinks were enjoyed by our attendees! Check out these fun photos!

Men’s Lunch

Our men recently enjoyed the March Men’s Lunch! This club has become increasingly popular since we have been able to start them back! At our latest meeting, they enjoyed their choice of sliced rib-eye steak with duchess potatoes or salmon spinach florentine! We hope we can soon welcome back our guest speakers, but for now, we are enjoying each other’s company!

15th Anniversary

March marks the 15th Anniversary of Marsh’s Edge! In honor of this occasion, we hosted an anniversary party for our Members!! Outside, under our big tent and surrounded by our beautiful campus, we enjoyed celebrating this momentous occasion! With the sounds of local legend Michael Hulett Entertainment LLC., Members enjoyed a meal of Tangled Baby Lettuce with peppercorn balsamic vinaigrette, roasted red peppers, grilled red onions, and fried green tomatoes, Herb-roasted chicken breast with chive mashed potatoes, squash ratatouille, and lemon caper butter, and a special anniversary cake thanks to Hollaway’s Bakery!

We honored our members that have called Marsh’s Edge their home for 5 plus years with Crystal Awards. Of those honored, 4 of them have Called Marshs Edge their home for all 15 years! Those Members cut the first pieces of the anniversary cake! It was a wonderful evening celebrating Marshs Edge, and The Weller Life!
